Two layers of certainty

The Surefire Wealth Guarantee is extra cover for people who do the education work. Your rights under NZ and Australian consumer law are not affected.

Layer 1 — change of mind

Change-of-mind terms apply only to a purchase that is actually offered. Email support@surefireempire.com if you have a question about a fee you paid us.

Layer 2 — Surefire Wealth Guarantee (12 months)

If you fully engage with the education — the notes, the questionnaire, your Educational Scenario Guide, and your written review rules — follow the Wealth Pyramid as taught, and after 12 months you have not seen a measurable improvement in how you understand and track your own figures (including cash flow or net worth from numbers you can show), we refund 100% of the education fee you paid us.

That is a refund of tuition. It is not compensation for market falls, fund performance, or decisions you make on your own accounts.

What “fully engage” means

• Work through the core education
• Submit the educational questionnaire and keep your Guide
• Write your own review rules
• Use the annual / life-event checklist at least once

If those are not done, we may ask for that engagement evidence before paying the 12-month guarantee.
